| The original version of these robes was created for aging wizard of Waterdeep - terrified of the idea of losing his ability to focus and recall basic spells, he crafted robes to help him. However, he seemed to constantly forget he'd created a set, and continued crafting more. He was hardly happy when he figured out his error, but reasoned it was always nice to have spares. |
